OPTIMUM CUTTING

To ensure the clean removal of thin, delicate layers of turf, the cutting blade is positioned behind the tracks. This layout allows the loosened sod to rise and move freely without being pressed back down by the machine. Driven by a coaxial eccentric propulsion system, the blade delivers smooth, horizontal slicing motions. This precise action maintains a perfectly consistent working depth and drastically reduces the risk of the sod breaking apart.

Because sod is best stripped when the soil is damp, maximum traction is essential. The heavy-duty tracks provide a massive contact surface area with the ground, ensuring exceptional grip and powerful, slip-free pulling force even on slick terrain.

– Two-wheel stability with a swivel wheel: The main chassis balances on two primary wheels for excellent sideways stability and extreme maneuverability. A third rear swivel wheel was added to increase operator comfort without sacrificing the machine’s agility.
– Aligned cutting axis:The blade moves precisely along the axle line of the two main carrying wheels. This ensures the blade seamlessly tracks the exact path of the wheels, making fluid, organic shapes easy to execute.
