Buying and General
Where can I buy an ELIET machine?

The first step is to find your nearest authorized ELIET dealer. Your local dealer can help with product availability, machine selection, purchasing, and next steps. If you need additional help, contact ELIET USA.

Yes. ELIET supplies machines throughout the United States and Canada.

Use the ELIET USA dealer locator to find your nearest authorized dealer. If you need help locating the right dealer, contact ELIET USA.

Start by finding your nearest authorized ELIET dealer. Your dealer can help compare models and recommend the right machine based on your application, material, property, and workload. ELIET USA is also available if you need additional guidance.

To ask about a demonstration, contact ELIET USA or your local ELIET dealer. Let them know which machine interests you and where you are located so they can confirm available options. You can also visit the Demo Tour page.

Visit our Finance Options page or contact ELIET USA to ask about current financing options, eligibility, and terms for the machine you are considering.

Parts, Service & Support
Where can I find manuals and product information?

Visit the Downloads page for your machine’s operating manual, maintenance schedule and product information. The manual explains model-specific procedures such as sharpening, reversing or replacing shredder blades.

If your manual is missing, unavailable online or needed in another language, contact ELIET USA with your model and serial number to request the correct version.

Order replacement blades and spare parts through your authorized ELIET dealer. Have the machine model, serial number and part number, if known, ready so the dealer can identify the correct original ELIET part and confirm availability.

The legacy European FAQ’s online machine-ordering instructions do not establish an online parts service for U.S. or Canadian customers. Contact ELIET USA if you need help finding a parts supplier.

Contact an authorized ELIET dealer for maintenance and repairs. Share your location, machine model, serial number and the service needed so the dealer can confirm the options available. ELIET USA can help direct you to appropriate support.

Follow the maintenance instructions and schedule for your specific machine and engine. Check the Downloads page for the relevant manual and maintenance schedule, or ask your ELIET dealer for guidance before carrying out maintenance.

Follow the inspection and maintenance schedule in your specific shredder’s manual. ELIET’s FAQ directs owners to that schedule for sharpening, reversing and replacement intervals; there is no single interval for every machine or blade type.

Use the model-specific instructions for the procedure, or ask your authorized dealer to perform the work. Published blade-life figures are not a substitute for inspecting blade condition and following the manual.

Refer to the starting and troubleshooting instructions in your machine and engine manuals. If the cause is unclear or the problem continues, contact ELIET USA or your dealer with the model, serial number, and a description of what happens when you try to start it.

Check the machine and engine manuals for the specified fuel, oil grade, and quantities before filling or topping up. For help finding the correct information for your model, visit Downloads or contact ELIET USA.

Check the accessories information for your specific model and confirm compatibility with your ELIET dealer before ordering. Provide the model and serial number so the correct accessory or attachment can be identified.

Warranty
What warranty comes with my ELIET machine?

For a U.S. or Canadian purchase, ask your selling dealer or ELIET USA to confirm the warranty for your model, purchase date and type of use. Current U.S./Canadian coverage has not been confirmed from the European terms below.

European reference terms — not a worldwide warranty: ELIET’s published European FAQ lists two years for private use and one year or 100 operating hours for rental, semi-professional or professional use. It requires purchase registration and lists exclusions, including wear parts, misuse and missed maintenance. Replacement parts do not extend the warranty period.

These are region-specific reference terms, not confirmation of coverage outside Europe. Refer to the documentation supplied with your machine and obtain confirmation before relying on them. Read ELIET’s European FAQ.

Contact your selling dealer or ELIET USA with your model, serial number, purchase invoice and a description of the fault. Ask the dealer to confirm eligibility and the current regional claim procedure before arranging repairs.

European procedure only: ELIET’s legacy European FAQ requires purchase registration, retention of the invoice and dealer assessment of a suspected manufacturing defect. Its registration deadlines, forms, shipping and reimbursement rules have not been confirmed for current U.S. or Canadian purchases. Do not assume that European paperwork or a promise of free repairs applies to your purchase.

Under the published European terms, engines are excluded from ELIET’s machine warranty. Engine faults are referred to a service center authorized by the engine manufacturer.

For a U.S. or Canadian purchase, check the engine warranty supplied with your machine and ask your selling dealer or ELIET USA to confirm the correct service contact. Engine coverage, exclusions and claim requirements for your particular purchase remain unconfirmed here.

Shredding
How does the ELIET Chopping Principle work?
The ELIET Chopping Principle™ works like an axe: blades split wood along its fibers, then cut the material into small chips. This repeated splitting and cutting also processes suitable leafy green waste and produces a fibrous material that can be composted. Always follow your model’s limits for branch diameter and permitted materials.

ELIET Biotech™ chips are the bruised, frayed chips produced by the Chopping Principle™. Their opened fiber structure helps microorganisms break down the material during composting. A mixture of suitable woody and green garden waste can help create an airy compost mix.

Yes. Shredding suitable pruning waste into smaller, fibrous pieces helps it decompose into compost that can return organic matter to the garden. ELIET calls this approach recycled landscaping: reusing garden waste within the garden.

Composting results depend on the materials, moisture and aeration; shredding alone does not guarantee a particular composting time.

Yes. ELIET shredders turn your green waste into a resource to be used as mulch or in compost for your landscapes.

Discuss the type and volume of material you plan to process with your ELIET dealer. Ask them to compare suitable models, confirm the permitted branch diameter and materials for each, and help you choose a machine for your garden or business.

Lawn Renovation & Overseeding
What is overseeding?
Overseeding adds grass seed to an existing lawn to fill thin areas and improve density, without removing the whole lawn and starting again. ELIET overseeders create slits in the soil and place seed into them to improve seed-to-soil contact. Choose seed suited to your climate and the lawn’s intended use, such as play, ornamental planting or shade. Follow the seed supplier’s establishment and aftercare guidance.

For your lawn, timing depends on the grass species, local climate and soil conditions. Follow your seed supplier’s guidance and local lawn-care advice to choose the planting window.

ELIET says improvement may be visible within 14 days after overseeding with the DZC 600, provided rainfall is sufficient. This is a manufacturer-stated expectation rather than a guaranteed result.

Yes. ELIET says the DZC 600 can also operate as a scarifier for dethatching. Follow the machine’s manual for the correct setup and operation.

ELIET Permanently Sharp Blades™ use a self-sharpening design that helps them retain their points as they wear. They are intended to maintain effective dethatching or overseeding performance through their usable life; they still wear out and require inspection and eventual replacement.

Blade type and compatibility depend on the machine. Ask your dealer which fixed, swinging or Double Cut options are approved for your model and lawn conditions.

Seeding & Lawn Care
Can I adjust how much seed the GZC distributes?

Yes. The GZC 750’s seed-flow control offers 36 settings to accommodate different seed mixtures.

The GZC’s vibrating harrow loosens and levels the upper soil layer and works the scattered seed into it. The rear roller then firms the surface to help establish seed-to-soil contact.

Use the depth and seed-rate settings in your particular model’s manual; specifications in older GZC literature should not be assumed to apply to every version.

Yes. The Edge Styler PRO’s wheel arrangement and blade position allow it to follow both straight and curved lawn borders.

With the appropriate blade or attachment, the Edge Styler PRO can cut shallow trenches, restore separation between paving and grass, install low-voltage boundary wire, or maintain golf bunker edges. Confirm the correct attachment for your task with your ELIET dealer.

Yes. The Ecocure uses different flow-control arrangements for uniform materials such as sand and irregular materials such as compost.
