SUCTION TURBINE

The large 450 mm diameter suction turbine delivers tremendous vacuum power. To match this performance, both the suction hose and the discharge pipe feature a wide 200 mm diameter, allowing vacuumed debris to pass through smoothly and virtually eliminating clogs. The inner turbine lining is wrapped in heavy-duty rubber to dampen the thumping noise of flying debris, and the main turbine cover can be easily replaced when it shows signs of long-term wear.

SOUND-DAMPING TURBINE WALL

Every leaf, twig, or stone drawn into the machine travels through the suction hose until it strikes the spinning impeller. Centrifugal force then hurls the debris against the turbine wall, where it slides along the curves of the volute housing before exiting into the discharge hose. In a standard loader, this metal wall acts like a drum, creating an intense racket. ELIET eliminates this problem by wrapping the entire turbine housing in a specialized rubber lining that absorbs the impact energy and deadens the noise.

TRANSPARENT SUCTION HOSE

The ELIET Truckloader comes standard with a highly flexible, 3.5-meter transparent vacuum hose. This transparent design gives the operator full freedom of movement and allows you to instantly locate and clear any rare blockages. The suction nozzle rests directly on a smooth swivel caster, saving the operator from constantly lifting the weight of the hose. For fast maintenance, a quick-connect system lets you disconnect the hose in seconds, while an integrated safety switch automatically shuts down the engine the moment the hose is detached.

As an option, you can choose the “Easyhandle” setup, which upgrades the suction nozzle to a dual-caster system with a floating handle for even greater handling comfort. A dedicated 1.5-meter support arm holds the heavy section of the hose aloft, preventing it from dragging along the ground and wearing out prematurely.

PROPELLER

The high-velocity propeller is secured to the engine crankshaft using a specialized conical sleeve mounting, ensuring a rock-solid fit during operation while allowing for straightforward removal during servicing.

GRIPS

Two robust, heavy-duty handles are integrated directly into the frame, allowing two people to easily lift the unit and secure it onto a truck side or tailgate.

360° SWIVELING DISCHARGE HOSE

Mirroring the intake layout, the discharge pipe maintains a wide 200 mm diameter to keep material moving without restriction. Constructed from fully welded, abrasion-resistant steel components, the articulated discharge pipe swivels smoothly across a full 360-degree radius. Its self-lubricating nylon pivot points prevent dirt, dust, or rust from seizing the mechanism over time.

SUPPORTS

The heavy-duty mounting brackets used to secure the machine to a truck feature adjustable leveling feet. These feet are capped with thick rubber soles to absorb vibration and prevent metal-on-metal slipping or scratching against the vehicle.

DIRECTIONAL LOUVER

The exit tip of the discharge pipe is equipped with an adjustable deflector flap designed to let you pack a truck bed or container completely full. The engineered contour of the flap focuses the air stream so that it does not immediately scatter upon exit, giving you maximum control over where the material lands.

EASY STORAGE

The entire support frame rests on a set of durable wheels, making it easy for a single operator to roll the machine around the shop, maneuver it into position, or guide it into a tight storage space when the season ends.
