MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY
Under the “FAST PITSTOP” motto, the machine is designed to be dismantled in record time to access critical maintenance points. This process typically requires no tools, allowing you to perform quick check-ups or routine maintenance at the end of each working day. BLADES
The blades fitted to the Prof 6 are far from ordinary steel blades. Since the Prof 6 is engineered to operate for at least 8 hours a day, the blades have been specially developed so that their lifespan easily matches these heavy workloads and demanding duty cycles.
WHEEL DRIVE
The wheels of the new Prof 6 are equipped with a powerful hydraulic wheel motor. Forward and reverse speeds are controlled with a simple, intuitive twist of a rotating handle on the handlebar. The further the handle is turned, the faster the machine moves in that direction. This wheel drive system is so powerful that a single operator can effortlessly load or unload the machine from a van or a trailer.
BLOW CHUTE
The blow chute on the Prof 6 is a prime example of advanced engineering. Its specialized shape prevents air turbulence, and the curve of the chute is designed around the optimal trajectory of flying wood chips, giving the machine phenomenal propelling capacity.
ELIET deliberately chose high-grade synthetic material for the chute because it is seamless, corrosion-resistant, perfectly smooth, and sound-absorbing. This low-friction, smooth surface makes the chute much less inclined to clog. Additionally, the blow chute features a discharge height of 1.8 m (6 ft) and a wide 280° rotation span for precise material placement.
IMPELLER
Unlike standard shredders, the Prof 6 does not rely solely on the throwing force of the blade system to discharge material. Instead, the wood chips are efficiently carried away by a powerful, high-velocity airflow generated by a dedicated 325 mm (12.8-inch) blade turbine.
V-SAFE INFEED HOPPER
The specially contoured V-safe infeed hopper is engineered to ensure that large bundles of bulky pruning waste can be fed into the machine quickly, smoothly, and safely.
ABM SYSTEM
The ELIET PROF 6 features an optional ABM system (Anti-Block Motor), a proven technology also utilized in the ELIET Prof 5. This ingenious system regulates the feed speed fully autonomously, using a precision sensor to meticulously monitor engine RPM fluctuations.

At the heart of every ELIET machine is the patented Chopping Principle™. Unlike conventional drum shredders that tear material, ELIET’s precision-ground blade chops branches cleanly in a single pass — delivering finer output, less noise, and significantly reduced blade wear.

With an Eliet USA shredder you can process all kinds of green waste in one go – so not only the branches and twigs. That means you don’t have to sort the waste first. Our patented ELIET technology offers a spacious multi-bladed shredder chamber that eagerly pulls in even the most irregular types of green waste through a single, wide central FEED HOPPER. With the machine easily working its way through the waste, shredding becomes a primrose path.
Leaves and humid green waste are no longer a problem
Especially in the spring and autumn there will be lots of green waste to be processed. The abundance of wet material may risk clogging up your shredder. THe latest ELIET 4S shredders are equipped with a Turbo Discharge™ system: a suction turbine creating a kind of vacuum effect that sucks the green waste into the shredder and then blows the shreds out through a rotating blow CHUTE. The permanent air flow of the turbo generator constantly cleans the system, so that clogging is virtually impossible.
The result: easily composting clippings
The cutting process, which follows the Chopping Principle, fiercely bruises and frays the cuttings. The resulting ELIET BioTech chips have a favourable fibre structure that breaks down faster. BioTech chips thus either can contribute to improving your composting system or be used as filling material for your garden borders.
