ROBUST FRAME
Just as a pen must be held firmly in your hand to draw a straight, precise line, a lawn edger requires the same rock-solid control. This direct connection ensures that every subtle movement of the handlebar translates instantly and accurately to the blade. To achieve this, ELIET engineered a robust, fully welded steel frame, permanently eliminating the loose play and flexing that often develops over time with standard bolted fasteners.
STEEL CUTTING BLADE
A robust steel blade is required for heavy work. The blade features two razor-sharp cutting edges, allowing it to slice through overgrown turf cleanly and effortlessly. To tackle a wide variety of edging needs, the machine can be easily adjusted to reach a maximum cutting depth of 3 inches (80 mm).
OPERATING THE HANDLEBAR
The blade drive automatically engages the moment you select your desired working depth. Using an ergonomically positioned lever on the handlebar, you can easily adjust the cutting depth across multiple precise positions. For essential operator safety, the handlebar features an integrated dead man’s safety lever. This passive protection device instantly stops the machine if released, preventing any accidental contact with the moving blade.
ADJUSTABLE ANGLE
The angle of the blades can also be adjusted, giving you the ability to cut away excess grass cleanly without damaging the delicate structure of the lawn edges.
SAFETY PROTECTION GUARD
Because the edger blade frequently cuts through packed soil or runs directly alongside stone curbs, it can easily kick up stones and debris. To provide maximum protection for both the operator and bystanders, the machine is fitted with a durable, crescent-shaped safety guard. Additionally, a heavy-duty nylon deflector flap seals the gap between the frame and the ground, effectively trapping flying debris underneath. POSITION OF THE FRONT AXLE
The ELIET edger is also designed to perfectly trace curves on creative lawn layouts. To achieve this, the front wheel axle is aligned with the blade shaft, meaning the blade naturally and precisely follows the exact path carved out by the front wheel. This smart alignment allows the operator to guide the machine along winding lawn edges with absolute accuracy.
