ALUMINIUM FAN
The high-volume airflow is generated by a large fan impeller crafted from lightweight aluminum. Because the impeller is so light, it creates minimal inertia forces within the machine. This allows the engine to maintain a steady operating speed with ease, leading to excellent fuel efficiency. Every fan is precision-balanced to within a single gram on a specialized factory testing bench, eliminating the rotational imbalance that causes structural vibrations.
ANGLED TURBINE
When air exits a standard blower nozzle, the stream widens, and loose leaves often blow backward onto the freshly cleared path. The advanced design of the ELIET BL 450 E solves this issue by positioning the turbine at an angle. This angled setup ensures the airflow always drives the leaves forward and away from the machine. As a result, the operator enjoys total control over the leaf pile and can predict exactly where the debris will land.
AIR DEFLECTORS
Efficient leaf clearing requires precise control over the air stream. ELIET developed a highly adaptable blower nozzle that gives the operator complete freedom. Using a small lever mounted on the handlebar, you can quickly adjust the lateral air jet. Point it downward to break loose damp, sticky leaves close to the machine, or aim it higher and farther out to move massive leaf piles across long distances.
ERGONOMIC HANDLEBAR
The ELIET BL 450 features a distinctively long handlebar layout, a deliberate choice by the engineering team. This extended length provides excellent leverage, allowing the operator to easily tilt the machine back to clear obstacles like stone curbs and thick tree roots. It also boosts overall maneuverability, making it effortless to swing the machine and redirect the powerful air stream with minimal physical exertion.
VIBRATION ABSORBER ON THE HANDLEBAR
To protect the operator during long working hours, the handlebar is isolated from the main frame by premium vibration-absorbing mounts. This vibration-free setup drastically reduces physical fatigue for operators using the machine all day. Additionally, the handlebar height can be adjusted to match the user’s height for a perfectly tailored ergonomic posture.
TURBINE NOISE ABSORPTION
Beyond standard engine noise, a leaf blower generates high-frequency sounds from the fast-moving air interacting with the fan blades. To address this, a specialized noise-absorbing rubber armor is wrapped securely around the turbine casing, significantly dampening operational sound levels for a quieter workspace.
BLOWER NOZZLE
The multifunctional blower nozzle on this machine is completely unique. This innovative system allows you to instantly switch the airflow from a lateral discharge to a forward-facing direction. When set to blow forward, the air stream splits, diverting a strong current to clear a path that matches the exact width of the machine’s front right side. You can also adjust two internal air deflectors using a handlebar lever, giving you the ability to alter the air angle on the fly to dislodge stubborn debris.
